a comforting stay
kind staffwonderful foodconvenient locationspacious room
the location was convenient near the metro station the room was spacious the staff was friendly and helpful it felt safe and secure. the swimming pool and gym were great additions i enjoyed the little extras like juice and dates the communal area was cozy and inviting it added warmth to my stay. the room felt fully equipped the washing machine was a great convenience i appreciate the shampoo soap and towels provided these little touches really enhanced my visit
the toilet made constant noise which was slightly bothersome i chose not to report it because i did not want to be disturbed further i wish it had been quieter

the staff were responsive and helpful addressing requests quickly and efficiently i felt very well cared for during my entire stay the team seemed genuinely dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction. the quick service.

i found the room to be quite smelly, a constant issue . the air conditioning also didn't cool the room effectively. despite reporting this, it was only marginally improved. the swimming pool seemed quite small for adults, limiting its usability.

The staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and I got two complimentary water bottles daily. Plenty of toiletries were provided daily. The hotel is near grocery shops (this was useful) and restaurants. I found it very convenient.
The gym equipment seemed old, and some were broken.

The reception staff were helpful. The housekeeping service cleaned the room daily. They did a very good job, I noticed.

staff was friendly. Check-in was very smooth. The place is apartment style so it was very comfortable to sleep before going to the airport Midnight.
